1. Thoughts on SLDL? There is more range of motion the spine has to work with in comparison to a conventional deadlift. The general load is lighter than on a conventional deadlift. Is the load difference not a big deal, or would it be better to do a conventional deadlift.
2. Upper Back Rows – I saw it on N1 Training. They said in a post that you should retract the scapula when the elbows pass the body. Wouldn’t it be better to start with retraction?
