So this has always been a difficult one for me. While I was on maintenance I brushed it off as not so important necause the amount of carbs I was eating was already super high, but now going into a cut seems like it should be.
Should I be counting total carbs or net carbs by substracting fiber?.
Example a staple in my diet has been a tortilla wrap that has 15g total carbs per unit, of which 11g is fiber so net carbs is only 4. I eat like 4 of those a day so the difference is pretty significant. (45g total carbs vs 12g net carbs).
