Hey Joe/Bryce! I have a question about what happens when you go up in weight on an exercise. For instance, I was using 280 lbs total on a hack squat and did 3 sets of ten. So my total weight “moved” was 8,400 lbs. I then decided to put another ten on either side today, so 300 total, and only got 10,5,4 for each set respectively. So 19×300=5,700 lbs total “moved.” Even though I went up in weight, does this mean I had a “less successful” workout with the exercise today? Should I have gone up a smaller amount to keep that net weight “moved” similar to what it was earlier? Thanks!
