I very rarely get sore from workouts.
Am able to train to failure every workout and I consistently push myself to the point where I can’t squeeze out more reps.
Still I can’t remember the last time I had a sore chest or back.
My legs barely get sore.
By sore as in I mean the DOMS that lets me know I’ve really worked the muscle.
What am I doing wrong?
Should I try to lower the weight with harder contractions?
