I have little lifting experience but have some numbers to have a general idea of where I should be lifting at, but Is it possible to get an answer as to how I can know which weight to start at for any exercises for the first time going into a program so I can start off efficiently? I’m planning to do the Terrence prep program and was wondering if I have to spend a week just to know which weight to hit with these rep ranges.
Yeah pretty much just experimenting, it wont take much time, couple workouts and you should be good. In the meantime rep ranges are not as crucial as you think, you will still be building muscle. Its just about efficiency, dont stress it.
