If i want a program that will be like 5/6 days a week.
That will take my upper body level up but still make my lower body grow too.
What it my best option from all joe’s programs?
The best i can see it’s “Lazly” program that have two sort of leg days, and in the “hams/delt” day i could add another quad exercise.
What is your opinion?
