Hi Joe and Bryce !! i finished terrence’s arnold split, and it’s time to pick a new workout! considering that I have to lose weight, but I would like to grow above all the chest and arms, you recommend the Bro pertrophy, terrence and joe’s current program or a pec augmentation with the addition of a day of arms or another program that I have not mentioned but according to can you be better? I usually prefer more frequency but perhaps the greater volume of the bro pertrophy can be beneficial. if possible I would like a written answer instead of an audio one, because being Italian I can understand the written rather than the spoken one. Thank you very much, but thinking about it, I am happy with the terrence arnold routine and I have brought it to the end, now I don’t know whether to try the terrence amd joe’s routine, the bro pertrophy (I have no idea what it is like to train like this) or try a pec augmentation or a ppl 2.0. I also tried the Laslzo kiraly routine, but now I don’t have an idea on what to choose, because I think I would bring them all to a good end, while the bro pertrhophy is a bet. Basically something that can benefit the chest and arms?
