I reached out a few days ago and Bryce, I decided to go with the PPL program. You mentioned repeating the days if I want to do anything more than 3 days a week. When I clicked the “add workout” button I believe, I didn’t see the exact workouts but I did see the other options of workouts like delt day or back and arms and they’re different. Do you think I should select one of those to add or if I want to do a second push day select a different one to have some variety or create my own? I’m just not sure how this looks in the app in the long run if that makes sense. Thanks as always for your time and answers!
