Hey Joe, im relatively new here on the app.
I’m used to follow you and Jordan Peters with the approach of top set + back off for a while..
But when i saw the New programs, almost all exercises asks for 3 sets..
Can you clarify the reason to increase the sets? I think It can be too much, but im curious If It could be more beneficial than the standard top + back-off.
I was wondering same, always done 2 sets!
I’m looking for the back Focus workouts, which called for 3 sets.. its clear now… Thanks for the reply!
