Just wanna get your thoughts on this.
I wanna focus on chest shoulders and arms for the next 12 weeks.
On one week i am able to train 5x and on the second week im only able to train 4x.
Would a split like this make sence
Push pull off off push lower arms
Off off push pull off off push lower
On the first week the second push i just move triceps to arms.
So basicly biceps wont be trained that often.
