    Ok so yesterday I had to attend a family event and I ended up eating quite a lot of food, which put me on a huge surplus. What would be the right thing to do today ? Should I drop my calories by a lot, or should I reduce my daily calories over the next week or so?

    Or should I add in more cardio instead of reducing my calories too much ?

    My biggest problem is that everytime when I end up going a bit over my calories I start stressing too much and I end up going to the gym to do more cardio. Or even worse, if I end up eating too much, there were times when I fasted the whole day just so I can balance out my calorie intake. 95% of the time I’m consistent with my diet and I don’t really go over my calories, but the problem is that when I do go over, I become super stressed and idk how to stop stressing that much

    Hey man…I totally get that mind game that it leads to…but go back to whatever your plan is..what you have been doing…and honestly your weight will go back to roughly what it was before hand after your body flushes out everything like the water it’s retaining.
