My biggest problem is that everytime when I end up going a bit over my calories I start stressing too much and I end up going to the gym to do more cardio. Or even worse, if I end up eating too much, there were times when I fasted the whole day just so I can balance out my calorie intake. 95% of the time I’m consistent with my diet and I don’t really go over my calories, but the problem is that when I do go over, I become super stressed and idk how to stop stressing that much
