Just finished up half body 2.0 and enjoyed it a lot and trying to decide what to do next. I like the powerbuilding program idea, but I do get a lot of right shoulder impingement and bursitis with flat bench can’t lift as much. I’ve done PT in the past and rehab it as best as I can. Maybe do the half body again
Thanks a lot for the fast response Joe. I didn’t think about incline bench press that’s a good idea. Not planning on competing just want to get stronger overall
