I am finally back at the gym again, which is a breath of fresh air after being at home for 4 months. I am starting at a new gym, because my old one isn’t opened yet.
The equipment here is great, with lots of Nautilus pieces, which is a lot better than my previous gym. The only caveat being they lack a lying leg curl machine, but they do have a Nautilus seated leg curl machine.
My question is, should I still incorporate an exercise to train the hamstrings fully shortened using a “sub-optimal” exercise, or should I just add more sets onto the seated leg curl. I have no other hamstring movements apart from the seated leg curl at the moment.
