No progression in programs???

    So I’m curious why all the programs are essential the same from week 1 to week 12?? I know that can’t be right cause Joe specifically talks about progressive overload in his programs, but I can’t I see it in the actual program from week to week? Is the app intuitive, programming the over load based inputs into the log?
