Hey guys! I have been doing a lot of dips recently (for around 2 months) and i really feel my triceps and my chest working on these. The only problem is that i am stuck to around 8 reps with bw and no matter how hard i push myself i cant do more reps. On all the other lifts i do i get great progress. I perform my dips after a high incline press and a wide cable row on my upper body days twice a week. 3 sets 0 RIR.
Have you got an idea what i can do? I really like dips and dont want to switch them if possible.
