I have been following your work outs for the past month And Have seen great improvement. The only workouts I haven’t been able to follow or your leg workouts because I do not have a squat rack. I have a number of different bands and band thicknesses and have to dumbbells that can be adjusted up to £40. With that in mind I have been doing a lot of lunges to get heavy reps on legs. Do you have other suggestions or tips to focus on heavy leg training with the limited amount of weights and resistance bands I have?
