Hi Joe, my gym doesn’t have a T bar station and the program says to do Chest Supported T Bar rows. In that case, what is the best alternating exercise which can produce the same hypertrophy stimulus? Should I do normal T Bar Rows with a V Grio (no bench support) or something else. Appreciate your response 🙂
Thank you so much. Understood the concept here. Just one more question Joe, how about seated cable rows? What’s the primary and secondary area getting the stimulus? Is it more lats focused? I’m assuming we are using a Close V grip. This would clear a lot of confusion for me 🙂
