Hey Hypertrophy Coaches, I was just wondering if anybody on here has anecdotal evidence on leaning out the iliac area and lower back part of the body kidney area. I guess love handle portion of the body, any evidence on possible carb cycling, topical like yohimbine or overall just take a lot of grit and grind from the diet for those tough areas?
The short answer, is just “grit” and continuing to get lean. Carb cycling may have some merit the deeper you get into a diet, as well as supplements like yohimbine…but those things are not “site specific”, just some of the last tools to use deeper into cutting. So yup, just keep getting leaner…with myself, and clients it can often take to the last 2-3 weeks of prep (to be stage ready), for that site to be extremely lean. For myself it takes even longer than my glutes
