Changing up my entire pre workout in the past month from high stim to as natural as I can get it taking supplements that actually benefit me and stop stressing out my CNS from all the unnecessary crap. From watching the pre workout video I was interested in using Noopept ( and the other supps) after doing some reading on it.
For the noopept a 40 microgram doasge is recommended. The microgram scoop I have is supposed to be 30 micrograms and the scale I have doesn’t convert microgram to milligram.
Is there any issue of using slightly more than 40 microgram of let’s say 60 microgram. And is it really necessary to be that exact?
How effective is that microdose? I read on a few forums of guys taking up to a gram a day. Which for how expensive it is that’s pretty costly after a while. I don’t doubt your advice but am wondering why such a small dose. Then from what I read on some sciencey nerdy sites which I really love, a typical dose would be 10mg and up to 30-40mg daily split into two doses..
Lastly, taking this as daily pre-workout, is this something I should mention to my primary for when I do blood panels?
