Not a good squatter

    For whatever reason I’m not good at squatting. Maybe it’s technique, lack of strength, confidence…or a combination of factors…who knows. My question is, am I better off sucking it up, starting light, and working my way up through the program, or am I better off subbing prescribed squat work with something like leg press where I have more confidence in moving weight?
