    Hey Joe,

     

    do you always _have to feel_ the muscle, which is worked? For example if you’re doing a military press it automatically has to hit the anterior delt (besides other muscles of course). But if you cant feel the anterior delt quite good and it isnt ‘done’ after the working sets, does it matter at all or is it a sign of lack of stimulus for  in this case the anterior delt?
