So I’m entering week 12 of the Armageddon program and am loving it. However, I haven’t been gaining weight really since hitting 193 (up from 189) around week 5/6. When I weigh myself I’m 193.4 or 193.6 and that’s been the case for from week 5/6 on. Currently taking in 3500 cals daily, as recommended through the app. The Armageddon program does only have 4 days in the split and I add two more days weekly, so maybe I need to up the cals? Love the app and the programs.
