So I finally got my wife to start lifting with me! She’s been at it for 4 weeks. She also throws in cardio in between sets. I can see results in her physique. But she has only lost 2 lbs in 4 weeks. She counts her macros and is currently eating 1400 calories. What could she do differently to lose more lbs?
