Participantheyy everyone,
my question is, ive been trying to get my out sweep to grow and after i heard joe say if you want a better sweep get a bigger quad or something, and its all good and its working very well,my issue now is my upper part of the quad is growing waaay faster than the knee area, its looks kinda weird
any ideas to fix that?January 11, 2020 at 11:55 am #16807Anonymous
InactiveI could be wrong but I find it hard to believe such a disbalance would occur so rapidly. It could very well be just a genetic thing so I’d really like to see how it looks like if you have a picture to share?
Also what is your current training like?

any ideas to fix that? Some of it will just be genetic. But to grow the “lower part” which is mainly VMO, I would emphasize more time spent in full knee flexion (pauses, etc). This is the range where evidence indicates VMO works the most

Okay ill explain more, it didnt accure in like 2 months, i always found it have to grow the whole quad all at the same speed
Lately its been going better but still i think the upper quad is overpowering the knee part of the quadJanuary 12, 2020 at 1:47 pm #16857Anonymous

Ah okay sorry. I got the impression it occurred like over night which is partially why I was a bit confused. Now on to my second question, could you share what are you doing for legs currently?
