It’s felt like recently I’ve made no progress. 5’9 ~151lbs up from 146lbs at the start. About 2 months of PPL + 1 extra day, 2900-3000 calories with 150g+ of protein and cardio.
My lifts have gone up slightly, although I can’t tell if my form is just a little worse or it’s real strength. I’ve been putting on .5-.75lbs per week on average (some .3lbs, others 1lb etc), and my scale shows the bodyfat % going up with my weight so it feels like more fat than muscle. Any tips on what I could be doing better? I know I’m generally lean but any tips/pointers/advice would be very helpful. I’m trying to lean bulk without putting on too much fat.
