Hey there, thanks for great content!! However, I have a quick question. I am a nationally qualified BB im starting my off season phase and I need to put on substantial amount of weight (subjective I understand) and I am following a regular bro split (see attached photo) I am trying to find a program or individual workouts for each body part but I can’t find them. It’s all programs. Is there something I can pull up at the gym and just use that matches my own split
