    Hey, I’m currently in the 3rd week of the Anti Flamingo program & now the number of reps changed from 6-8(in the first 2 weeks) to 5-12. So what I should do is try and increase the weight and hit whatever number of reps I can reach within the 5-12 range or try and use a weight where I can hit 12 reps always ?
