I’ve come on here to see what are your thoughts on nutrition and how to manage it etc because the information that I’ve seen on the videos and the structure on the diet that the app has given me is difference from the advice given. What I mean is on the diet plan, it’s given me a certain amount of protein to hit, carbs and fats per meal (over 5 meals) which is the same for each meal. Where as on the guidance videos or I’m sure I’ve seen you say that on your rest day your last meal was carb heavy where as the other meals were mainly protein/fats?
I’m currently bulking and I’m having 5 meals a day, I eat the same meals every day and I am staying consistent with them, but struggling to tweak them when I need to (meaning where to tweak them and how how much to tweak them by etc) I’m monitoring everything (weight, sleep, recovery, stress, and logging my workouts)
even on rest days I’m eating the same but without the PWO meal. My macros are P285g C400-450g F70g
I’m not over thinking it I just wanna get it right. Now I meal prep meals 2/3 which I take to work, meal 1 is eaten as soon as I get up, meal 4 is my main meal, and meal 5 is before bed. But the guidance on the videos is different to the guidance on the diet on here on how to spread out my macros.
Thank you guys, just my previous coach was managing my macros last time and meals (on check in’s) and he’s kinda left me in a bad place of how to tweak them, any help will be appreciated 💪🏽

Thank you Bryce. (I wish I could speak back because I hate writing essays lol) but yeah I completely agree with what your saying, and for your information I’m doing the Terrance and Joe program. (Week 10) I’m on so that’s the only program I’ve been doing since joining the app. I’m progressing each week, loggings, strength is up, but as I said I’ve been bulking now for 8 months if not just a bit more and it’s a matter of when do I do a mini cut, I do feel I’ve hit a plateau with the weight gain and feel if I put more on now my body fat will increase, but I’ve gained 12kg now and that’s where I’m at. Volume and sets I’m only following the program I’ve said, I’ve done no pump work etc (except feeder sets/warm up sets then into working sets) focussed on 10k steps or more I day, so no cardio. I work 10-12hrs a day, train 5 days a week, (after work) and as I said I’m consistent! I just feel I’ve hit a brick wall…..February 7, 2022 at 3:27 am #249573

Awesome Joe, really grateful for this. I will get this watched asap, I noticed it’s on for nearly an hour so will do it when I go for a walk, steps ‘n’ education can’t beat it mate. But yeah I am gonna finish this week off (Terrence and your program) and as I said I’ve been bulking Joe for around 8-9 months, no breaks, no de-loads, not deficits, not skipped a meal and been very consistent, even previously before I got the app, so I’ll hop on that recovery program for a few weeks (I’ve not checked it out yet) and I’ll have a little tidy up, take it easy for a few weeks and then choose a program and go again. 👍🏽 thank you as always for replying. Will keep you updated 💯
