so I’m starting a cut cycle through the app….my question is how do I adjust the meal cadence as I am an early morning trainer? the meal plan right now calls for 2.meals before working out….thats rough when I start training at 6am and generally do fasted training sessions supplemented by pre and intra drinks (maybe a protein bar a bit before training on days to prevent me from being a total limp dick on days im feeling off) but yea….some insight how to properly adjust this would be great….thanks so much!
