I got covid right now and it hit me pretty hard so I assume I take at least 2-3 weeks of the gym (damn that sucks 😄😤).
I try to stay on track with food as good as I can. My plan is to keep calories more or less on maintaince level. My question is: Would a slight deficit lead to muscle loss if I still hit my protein goal because I can not train? Any other tips?
