Hey guys I was going to introduce this smoked ham into my diet, however there isn’t any nutrition facts on the label. Well, they basically listed the ingredients sodium, sugar, etc.

How should I measure this or calculate macros, calories, etc.
Should I just the any ham option per say ?

Like 100g of ham, would be 22g of protein, 2.5g carbs, etc

Would that be ok or do I have to get the specific breakdown for that one

Well If you always eat the same ham and you always track it same you will be good. I eat homemade ham and I do not know exact macros so I tracked it like some similar store bought that has macros on it.
