    Hi Joe,

    I have been on a cut for 12 weeks now and sitting at 12% BF.
    Problem I am an ectomorph so not looking full (understand glycogen, water fullness etc, this happens) but looking like I could be on the way to play a role in Castaway.

    The end goal is to be 10%BF, I’m happy at the moment but only place it’s really sitting is the “kangaroo pouch lower abdominals”.

    Wanting to pack some size on now, currently 91kg and 6’5”, so wanting to start a bulk and drop that 2%BF, is this possible?

    I have ensured my workouts are pushing me and focusing on contractions and form, have tried carb cycling to increase and decrease to help with hormones.
    Currently sleeping 6-8 hours a night.

    Not sure if you had any advice or best plan of attack, fasted cardio? HIIT/HIRT training after workout? specific diet selections (I eat all healthy clean food though), drinking over 4L water a day,

    Would the devil mention of potentially doing some “CrossFit” style workouts be incorporated be a good move? Enjoy the Olympic and power for sports.

    Hey Ben, dropping BF and building muscle doesn’t really happen unless you are a complete beginner or using PEDs. I would suggest sticking with the diet until you hit your BF target, then increase calories v slowly at first to help prevent a rebound in body fat. Progressive overload, consistency, intensity and patience. Lots of patience, be prepared to regain all that fat to build a couple of kilos of muscles over the next 12 months. If you’re lucky. I bulk and cut yearly and average a gain of around 1-1.5kg in muscle per year. Stay strong brother.
