Sorry for the 3 questions; 1st timer here! I did check the forum to see if these had already been asked but couldn’t find them
I don’t have a training/rest day breakdown? Is that something else I need to sign up to?
Also couple of points on the nutrition, it gives me 2454 calories per day with a breakdown of 221g protein, 200g carbs and 88g fats. But the calories on these macros is closer to 2700? (4 cals per protein/carb and 9 calories for fats?)
Also is there any limit to the amount of protein we can use per meal? Obviously if I dropped to the 2 meal option that’s 100g plus of protein per meal.
Thanks Bryce! Regarding the rest day, I thought I saw someone post on here a macro split from you guys for rest days as opposed to workout days but I must have dreamt it because I can’t find it now. And I’m guessing there shouldn’t be too much of a change anyway as it’s all about consistency! And thanks for the protein info, I figured that was the case just wanted to be sure. I’ll spread it out with protein snacks!
