    Was trying to find a similar question in the forum but couldn’t find any. Nutrition trackers like MyFitnessPal log in calories burned during exercise. When in a calorie surplus to help build muscle should you stick with the number of calories calculated and ignore calories burned or would you want to “eat back” those calories to make sure you are taking in the calories you need.

    I’d be interested to hear the coaches and communities take on this.

    Thanks Bryce, so just stick with the maintenance + surplus calories and ignore the calories burned during workouts. Definitely simplifies things. Appreciate the details about why. 👍
