    Hey coach
    I would like to thank you for all the support and information you and your team are providing

    I have been struggling with obesity/overweight for the past 4 years. Being a husband, a father, working from 7-5 daily with 24hrs shifts every 4th day.. now I started to get concerned about my health and need to take action

    I have done weight training on/off for almost 4 years but non during the past 2 years… never been muscular, skinny yes but never muscular

    Am planning to start the body foker program, I have a couple of questions though… are 3 days/week enough for body transformation? Also should I start with maintenance calories or deficit ?

    Any further advices would be highly appreciated
