Off days?

    Coach,

    For your programs, when the plan is a push, lower, pull, lower.

    Is that meant to only train 4 days a week? Or do you recommend filling other days workouts as well? (I typically train 6 days a week)

    In my experience most people can do 6 days a week if you are beginner/intermediate but when your weights get heavier and you get better at lifting, fatigue starts to shoot up quite quickly and you may want to take more Off days for optimal progress. But its always individual thing.
