This is gonna be a long question so please bear with me.
I am 23 years old,haven’t competed before and have been working out properly since 2 years on and off. I want to compete in coming year so I decided to start a bulk(3 months ago),everything is going good, progressing in training and going with 3100 cals right now at 70 kg bw.
But lately I have been facing an issue where I for most part of the day feel nauseous, and even vomitted a few times. It has been going for about a month or so.
Could you please help me with this as it is becoming bothersome and I want to know if I am doing anything wrong.
My diet consists of these foods – Egg whites, eggs, chicken breast(air fried),white rice, oats, cream of rice, multigrain bread, peanut butter, whole eggs, ghee, coconut oil, milk, bananas, whey(muscletech), cereal(muesli).
Supplements- whey(1 scoop), omegas , Multi,glutamine, greens, EAAs, Citrulline Malate, Pre workout(C4).
Any advice you could give on it would be great. Also please tell if you need any other information for better perspective.
