    Is there any reason to train ohp or any variation with machines for building muscle. Currently doing machine shoulder press but Im leaning back on the machine to create more of an incline. Is this necessary at all for overall shoulder hypertrophy as front delts get stimulated on chest exercises already anyway and side delts are not stimulated optimally?
