    Hi, new here (pulled the trigger with black fri offer😬). I’m late 40’s, about 3 years training. I picked the Leg program first, because, why not? I noticed that every group is hit just once per week, except an exercise for quads or hams in the opposite group day. I do not aim to criticize, it’s mostly ignorance. But most stuff I have read about training for geezers, pretty much says we need to train more often, also recover more, we are pretty much doomed to build little or no muscle and we should be thankful for still being able to lift something. I pretty much convinced myself that I just need enlightening on this topic, but deep down I need reassurance that I will come out the other side of 12 weeks looking like Coach. Thank you.
