Hi joe! Before the app was updated I was following one of your custom programs which was chest focused. It went push, pull, legs, chest, rest, push pull, the week rolled over so workouts didn’t always fall on the same days. I was really getting great progress with this and would love to find it again! If you could give me any info if this would be available again?
