About to start it next week, currently sitting at 12% BF, 92kg. In you opinion should I be starting the programme with a caloric surplus 10% from the app or a 10% deficit?
End goal, create the best physique I can …and get a Marvel contract.
Also throughout the programme will you be informing of the nutrition plan, surplus, increase surplus, switching to deficit, time to switch in blocks etc…
