Hey guys, unfortunately my gym does not have a pull down machine except for the classic cable set up. BUT they do have the hammer strength high row. If I attach the angles90 grip on it to have free motion on my wrist and keep the arm tight to my body, could that be a good alternative for single arm pull down? I’ll attach the picture down below
Also when I do this exercise is it normal to feel it on the long head of the triceps? On my top set it tends come in quite a bit.
