Just looking to get some opinions on if I should buy the EliteFTS SS Yoke. I like doing front squats a lot, but I find a point where I do the motion so much that my wrists begin to hurt after a couple months of doing so. I would do the cross arm, but for some reason that just feels awkward for me. Any opinions would be appreciated. Thanks
