There is a lot of people who don’t have a lot of strength but who are training for a long time (10 years +). Do you recommend to follow a high frequency approach (full body type beginner program) or a modified Split based on recovery of the person is better? It seems that stronger poeple needs more rest days to recover but is it the same for weaker poeple? (for maximum hypertrophy goal)
