Hi Joe / Brice, all the best for Christmas.

I have over active traps due to my body build and somewhat slight slip on form occasionally.

My question is if I perfect the execution but still keep all loads and diet the same will they decrease in size? or would you recommend some change in the diet / training to purposely lose muscle?
<p style=”text-align: left;”>Also is there a specific activation (CEEPREP) that I can prioritise! to help?</p>
    Much appreciated lewis

Impossible to say if they will actually shrink. There is a “genetic” component to how you hold muscle. As for prep/activation stuff – just work on scapula control. Scap circles. Spending time in end ranges of all the “major directions” (elevation, depression, protraction, retraction). After that, just up the frequency. So just spend 60 seconds moving them with intent 4-5 times a day. And spend another 4-5 minutes on them pre and post training.
