Hi guys.I had some issues with my training for a while now.I went over the recovery phase from Joe and these over training symptoms seem to still be here.This whole thing is going over for a month now.I got my blood work and everything seemed ok except from creatinine being a bit high but that’s normal for bodybuilder who also consume red meat.I feel dizzy and ligh headed after a set…strength is there,the pump not so much.Should i visit an endocrinologist? Thanks in advance
