I will be starting the PPL program and was wondering if doing just 1 tricep,bicep and shoulder exercise is enough volume. The current PPL program I am doing I am doing 3 tricep, bicep and shoulder exercises on there days to be trained. Was wondering if that is just over kill I watched the umbrella principals video and makes total since that if you can make gains with out all the extra work than it is a no brainer to do less.
