    I’ve had a good look at the Ben pollack power building program and seen there is more of an emphasis on delts and arms, as you said which were weaker points of Ben and therefore makes sense as the program was built around him. However how would you go about slightly altering the program for someone who wants more balanced emphasis on all body parts but keeping the overall structure and intention of a power building program
