    I am now in bulking phase, may I know if I had overeaten by let’s say 400kcal yesterday, should you reduce the calorie intake the today (assuming hitting protein goals at 1g/lb) by 400kcal so that the weekly overall calorie stays the same?

    Or would you just suggest to just move on and let it be? I don’t usually overeat but still good to know what to do when this happens/ in principle (vice versa for undereating in cutting phase), much thanks!!

    400 isn’t much. I wouldn’t worry too much about it and stick with my calorie target the upcoming day

    I would keep your weekly calories consistent (I.e. balance overeating one day with underrating another) so that you are able to track progress and adjust your weekly target accordingly.
