Hi joe/bryce! What do you think i should do if i overshot my intensity protocol (side note can we get a feature to track rir in the app?) recently i keep training too hard. I am in full body 2.0 /b week 4 day 1, and my last 2 set ends up going to failure since week 2 and 3 if not reallt close. And i get too fatigued, i did a recovery session by using the same exercise but slashing load and sets by half and wanna continue to observe if i need a full deload. Then restart week 4, would u guys recommend anything different?
